The Southeast Biosolids Association (SEBA) is a non-profit 501 c6 professional association that is working to engage in biosolids education and encourage environmental stewardship while promoting beneficial use of biosolids in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama and Tennessee.
